Quality, CQC registration and safeguarding
How we are regulated, how we keep people safe, and what to do if something is not right.
Our CQC registration
Safeside Supported Living Services is registered with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, to provide personal care. We have been registered since 29 April 2025.
As a newly registered provider we have not yet had our first inspection, so we do not hold a published rating. We will publish the outcome here as soon as we have one. In the meantime you can view our registration details in full on the CQC website.

Safeguarding
Everyone we support has the right to be safe. Our staff are trained to recognise abuse and neglect, and to raise a concern straight away if they see something wrong. Concerns are taken seriously whether they come from a member of staff, the person we support, a relative or another professional.
If you are worried about the safety of someone we support, contact us directly, or contact Essex County Council adult social care.
Complaints and feedback
If something is not right, please tell us. We would much rather hear about a problem early, while we can still put it right.
You can raise a concern by phone on 020 3989 7290, by email to info@safesideservices.co.uk, or in writing to our office.
Your information
Care records contain some of the most sensitive information there is. We store it securely, limit who can see it to the people who need it, and keep it only as long as we are required to. Full detail is set out in our privacy policy.
How we review care quality
Care plans are reviewed regularly, and sooner if something changes. We check in with the people we support and with their families, so problems surface early rather than at the point they become serious.
Questions about how we work?
Our team is here to talk things through, whether you are ready to arrange care or just starting to look into it.
