A local team, not a national call centre
Our office is at Jhumat House, 160 London Road, Barking, IG11 8BB, and our carers live and work in the same communities they support.
That matters more than it might sound. A carer who knows the area knows which roads are impossible at school run time, which estates have parking that eats ten minutes, and how long it genuinely takes to get from one call to the next. Rotas built on that knowledge run to time. Rotas built on a map and an optimistic guess do not, and the person waiting is the one who pays for it.
It also means someone can get to you. When a family calls about a change in needs, or something has gone wrong, having a manager and a team nearby is the difference between a same-day response and a promise to look into it.

Availability in any given area depends on the carers we have working nearby and the visit times you need. Rather than guessing from this list, please call us with your postcode and the times you have in mind. We will tell you straight away whether we can cover it well, and if we cannot, we will say so.
What we provide in these areas
All of our services are available across the areas listed above, subject to the visit times and support levels we can staff.
Supported living referrals often come from a wider footprint across Essex than visiting home care does, because the support model works differently. Professional referrers working outside the areas listed are welcome to contact us about a specific location.
What a genuinely local provider does differently
Realistic visit times
Schedules built around real travel, not distances measured in a straight line on a map.
Faster response when things change
A manager and a team nearby means a same-day visit is possible when circumstances shift suddenly.
Consistent carers
Carers working close to home stay in the job longer and cover the same rounds, which is how the person you care about ends up seeing familiar faces.
Knowledge of local services
Familiarity with local GP surgeries, district nursing teams, pharmacies, hospitals, community groups and social work teams.
Honesty about limits
We would rather tell you we cannot cover an eight o'clock call in a particular area than take the booking and let you down in week three.
Call us anyway
Coverage grows as our team does, and the areas we can reach change as we recruit. Somewhere just outside the list above is often possible, particularly for daytime visits or where support is needed less frequently.
It also depends on what you need. A single weekly visit in an outlying area is straightforward in a way that four calls a day is not. Tell us the postcode and the pattern you have in mind, and we will give you a direct answer.
If we genuinely cannot help, we will say so rather than stringing you along, and we will point you towards the CQC directory and Homecare.co.uk so you can find a provider who can.
